I thoroughly enjoy the yoga session. We have some lovely routines to work through and if we have anything that we want to try then Funmilayo will incorporate this into a routine. The sessions are different each week and the music is very calming and seems to fit the routines perfectly. I always come away feeling that I have had a good workout and I am very relaxed at the end of the session.

I have enjoyed the classes. I finished a British wheel of Yoga Diploma this year and wanted to try out a different yoga type. I found your sessions enjoyable and beneficial. As a complete novice to yoga I was rather wary at first as I am not at all naturally supple or agile. However, I found that with your guidance I was able to follow the class at my own pace and ability without feeling out of place. Yoga has helped me to become more aware of my body in a positive way. I attended my 1st yoga class with Funmilayo in October 2008. There is always a friendly welcome to the class, beginning with an energetic fun warm up, followed by flowing routines and ending with a relaxation. Something to look foward to every Wednesday!
