Layo Yoga

 

 

 

Layo Yoga is a Manchester based yoga company passionate about health and well-being. It specialises in the therapeutic application of yoga in the treatment of back pain. Annually, back pain affects a third of the population. For many yoga has proven to be a safe and effective method of alleviating this condition.

 

Layo Yoga delivers unique courses in Yoga for Back Health led by 

Funmi Claudius-Cole Chartered Physiotherapist and Yoga Teacher. 

As an experienced Physiotherapist teaching yoga she combines her western medical knowledge of pilates and physiotherpy with the healing power of yoga.

 

Layo Yoga courses take place at the Astanga Yoga Space. This is a 

beautiful dedicated yoga studio in the heart of the vibrant south Manchester suburb of Chorlton.

 

Tailor made programmes of Layo Yoga Private Tuition are available to individuals, groups, workplaces and community organisations throughout Greater Manchester and Cheshire.
